This is an investment holding company of the Truly Group. Truly International listed its shares on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in July 1991. It has reported profits on its operation every year since the listing. The company has three major manufacture and marketing businesses:

• High quality Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) panels and modules
• Health & oral care products for home and professional use
• Finest made calculators for different demands

The three manufacturing bases are all located in the Group's 2.2 million square feet industrial complex in Guangdong Province of China. The Truly Industrial City is owned and developed by the Group conforming to Chinese and International industrial standards. It is conveniently located north to Shenzhen, from there it takes only about 2 hours by car to visit the beautiful Shanwai City, where Truly's base is proudly rooted.
